Urgent prayer request....

Sorry this will be short and to the point but I just got a call from Amber, after her OB appointment and she has been instructed to head to the hospital for monitoring. Her blood pressure was high... 138/104 and they are concerned that she may have eclampsia. She has no symptoms other than weight gain and leg and hand swelling but the doc said this is common and one day you have no symptoms the next you have a stroke.

They are going to monitor her for the next 24 hours, keeping eye on her urine protein levels, blood work (not sure what they are monitoring here, and her blood pressure. If she remains with symptoms, they will need to begin an induction. As of now, Addison is fine but they will monitor her more closely as well once she is in the hospital.. (she may be there already)

I just got home from an appointment and have packed Annabelle and Addison a bag just in case we have to head out tonight or tomorrow. My mom is on stand-by for Annabelle care and i have yet to get in touch with John.... ARRGGh..... but he is due home tonight.. (thank the Lord!) I am a little stressed out right now so please pray both Addison and Amber are ok.. I feel very confident they will be and know that God has his plan... but extra prayers never hurt.

I need to eat as I almost passed out in the dermatology office... and start going over my emergency plan list!!!
