Amber hospital update

I got word from Amber a bit ago that her water HAS NOT broken (yeah) and that she has not changed as far as cm dilated or any of that jazz. Good news! She was waiting for blood test results to see where to go from there in regards to her elevated blood pressure. I was dropping off a meal for a friend that had surgery and while doing so I got a text that said they were going to keep her over night and would administer medications to help lower her blood pressure. I am awaiting a call back from Amber to see if there is more to this.. i.e. just how long they will allow her to go with such high bp levels, at what point will they induce, if at all. Will she need to stay on hospital bed rest if her blood pressures don't come down with medication? So much to ask and so few answers... :( As of now, we are not heading to Kansas. We are still on target to do the December 1st departure for me and John to drive a few days following... Personally, I don't see more that a week of waiting and we'll be driving West.. but I have been known to be wrong (if only a few times.. :))
Please keep praying and I will update as I have information!

I found your link from Ame's blog. I'm crying tears of joy as I read this post...I'll be praying all is well. I met you at the playground a few months back. I was with my daughter, Amelia. I LOVE the name Addison. My middle daughter is Adison.

Peace,
Janet
